How long does setup take?
Styling services are finished in about 30 minutes to an hour for premium packages. We’ll text you an ETA on the day of your appointment.
Do I need to be home during installation?
No — as long as your porch/stoop is accessible, our team can complete the setup. You’ll receive photos once it’s done.
How long will the pumpkins and mums last?
Pumpkins and mums are natural products — their lifespan depends on weather and care. We choose fresh, local items for the best durability, and we’ll share simple care tips to help them last.
Can I request specific colors or styles?
Yes — you can leave notes at checkout (e.g., “burgundy mums preferred” or “place on left side of door”), and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Professional styling is available at additional cost.
Do you remove the decorations at the end of the season?
Yes — you can add Removal Service at checkout or book it later for $100. Otherwise, feel free to keep, carve, compost, or dispose of your pumpkins and mums however you’d like.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within roughly one hour of the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area. If you’re outside this region and would still like to book a stoop, please contact us at hello@seasonstoop.com to discuss options.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reserving early. Delivery slots are limited each week and often fill quickly during peak weeks.
Do you offer decorations for other seasons?
Yes! We style stoops for all seasons — spring, summer, fall, and winter. You can view our past collections on our site, and be sure to sign up for our newsletter to get early previews and first access to new season packages.
